Where the delivered work was applied

The knowledge base built and delivered under the agreement was applied across several companies under Cameron Curriden’s control — including Trinity Gold USDC, Morpho Blue, Aeon Pulse, Advent Entertainment, and Trinity Protocol | Arc Division. These are named here as destinations of the delivered work, to show its reach. They are not parties to the unpaid fee, and no claim of liability is made against any of them. The obligation rests with the counterparty named in the agreement.

Why this matters to the record

A licence fee is the price of access to working systems. When the systems are delivered, accepted, and put to use, the fee is owed.
