Demonstrated, with dates

Proof Under Pressure: the analytical work, tested in public, before consensus.

The commercial value of what was delivered is not a matter of opinion. In August 2025, the Systems Intelligence Framework was used in a public test. It read a major shift in the global dollar system correctly — on the record, and months before senior policy voices reached the same conclusion in public.

This is an independent factual record published by Lance Jerrard of WCGC, the party owed the licence fee. It is not a website of, or affiliated with, Nova Family Office, LLC or Cameron Curriden. It alleges no fraud and no wrongdoing — it documents one unpaid commercial obligation.

The surface story, and the structural one

A technical piece of United States financial legislation was widely treated as background administration. Read structurally, it was something else: a deliberate move with historical precedent, pointing to a shift in how the dollar system would operate. The Framework read the structure, not the headline, and said so in public, with dates attached.

The same conclusion, reached later, by others

In the months that followed, senior policy voices — including in Beijing — raised the same structural concern in sharper language. The conclusion that had been placed on the record early was, in substance, the one the wider world arrived at afterward. That sequence — early, dated, then confirmed — is the proof.
