The named mechanism
The Systems Intelligence Framework: the engine behind the licensed work.
The Systems Intelligence Framework is the proprietary analytical engine that sits beneath the delivered systems. Its purpose is singular: to read complex systems as they are, and to identify where they are heading before the rest of the market arrives at the same conclusion.
This is an independent factual record published by Lance Jerrard of WCGC, the party owed the licence fee. It is not a website of, or affiliated with, Nova Family Office, LLC or Cameron Curriden. It alleges no fraud and no wrongdoing — it documents one unpaid commercial obligation.
What it is
It is not one of the four licensed products; it is the method that gives them their value. Where most analysis follows headlines, the Framework reads structure — the rules, mechanisms, and incentives inside a system — and works out the direction those structures imply. The four systems on the agreement page are applications of it.
Why it has value
An engine that reads structure correctly is worth more than one that reacts to news, because structure moves first and headlines follow. That is also what makes its output checkable: a structural read is either borne out by events or it is not. This one was put to a public test and dated before the outcome was known.
The proof is on the record
The Framework’s calibre is not asserted here — it is demonstrated, with dates, on Proof Under Pressure: a structural read placed on the public record in August 2025, months before senior voices in several power centres reached the same conclusion.
